Article 1 - Contractual relationship
1.1 avecAnneke, Inh. has mandated Eventbright.com as service provider for the online sale of tickets. The mention Eventbright.com may therefore appear on the customer's payment card statement.
1.2 The payment site is hosted according to these T&Cs (https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/Troubleshooting/eventbrite-terms-of-service?lg=en_US).
1.3 avecAnneke, Inh. is not responsible for any damage caused by Eventbright.com due to the use of the Internet for the payment of the ordered tickets. The use of the Internet for the payment of the tickets is at the exclusive risk of the person ordering the tickets.
Article 2 - Ticket prices and payment
2.1 Ticket prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including taxes.
2.2 The prices correspond to the tariffs in force at the time of the order.
2.3 In order to benefit from a reduced or subscriber rate, it is essential to present a valid identification document when purchasing tickets. In the event that a valid proof of entitlement is not presented, the difference between the reduced rate and the full rate must be paid on the spot.
2.4 Unless otherwise specified, the total number of tickets that can be purchased at one time cannot exceed 10 per category per person.
2.5 All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable via the Internet (see Art. 3).
2.6 Tickets can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms described below (see Art. 7)
2.7 The organizer reserves the right to change prices at any time, but tickets will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of ordering.
Any complaint concerning the order of tickets must be reported as soon as possible by telephone (see section "Contacts") and confirmed in writing to the following address:

Article 3 - Payment by Internet
3.1 The organizer has entrusted its online payment system to Eventbright.com, a service provider specializing in the security of online payments. This service provider guarantees the total confidentiality of your banking information, secured by means of the SSL protocol, which systematically checks the validity of access rights during your payment by bank card and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.
Article 4 - Validation of the order - Acceptance of the general conditions
4.1 By checking the box "I have read and accept these terms and conditions", the ticket buyer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation. The data recorded by the ticket office are authentic and constitute the proof of all the transactions made.
Article 5 - Ticket and printing
5.1. The ticket buyer is responsible for the safekeeping of the ticket until the event and bears all risks and dangers related to its loss or deterioration.
5.2 The entry to the event is subject to the check of the validity of the ticket.
5.3 It is impossible to be admitted more than once with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited and will not provide any benefit. Only the first person to present the ticket will be admitted to the event. This person is presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder. It is therefore forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the ticket in any way or to make it available for such purposes. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Only use an official sales channel to purchase your ticket. Never accept a ticket offered to you by a stranger, as it may be a copy.
5.4 The organizer may refuse entry to the event if there are several printouts, reproductions, copies or imitations of a ticket in circulation and access to the event has already been granted to the holder of a printout, reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding ticket.
5.5 In case of fraud by the buyer, avecAnneke, Inh. reserves all rights to legal proceedings.
Article 6 - Practical information and rules
6.1 As a general rule, avecAnneke,Inh. strongly advises to arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the event.
6.2 As soon as the event has started, access to the event premises will only be authorized at the appropriate time and in agreement with the staff.
6.3 Ticket purchasers acknowledge, without restriction or reservation, the organizer's rules regarding security, access, age and other terms and conditions, and take note that in case of non-compliance with the said rules, they may be excluded from the event without being entitled to any compensation.
Furthermore, the acquisition of this ticket implies the adherence to the internal regulations of the event's venue.
6.4 The taking of sound and/or visual recordings during the events of any kind are forbidden.
Article 7 - Cancellation
7.1 Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 6 days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by WhatsApp (+41 78 690 30 10) or E-Mail (art@avecanneke.com).
7.3 In case of cancellation of an event by avecAnneke, Inh., the sums paid by the ticket buyer will be reimbursed upon request of the interested party, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the event after written request sent via email to the art@avecanneke.com.
7.4 Upon announcement of the cancellation or modification of the date, time or place of an event for which tickets have been purchased, the purchaser of the ticket accepts that avecAnneke, Inh. will use the contact information entered at the time of reservation to inform him/her of the procedure to follow.
7.5 In case of postponement or change of venue, for whatever reason, the ticket is automatically renewed for the new date or venue.
7.6 When you register for an event, you agree to these terms.
